While the star looks amazing in the designer’s Spring 2014 campaign, his longstanding photographer actually refused to photograph the songstress — so Marc selected someone else to capture the campaign. Do you think it’s rude that Miley was dissed? VOTE.
Miley Cyrushas been the talk of the town recently and her success is skyrocketing, so it comes as no surprise that her good friend and designer,Marc Jacobs, enlisted her to front his new Spring 2014 campaign, where Miley looks stunning! To our surprise, the beautiful shoot wasn’t lensed by Marc Jacobs’ loyal photographer and friend,Juergen Teller— because he refused! How crazy is that?
Miley Cyrus’ Marc Jacobs Photo Shoot — Juergen Teller Refused:
Juergen Teller has been photographing Marc Jacobs campaigns for years, but when he was asked to shoot Miley he was quick to decline — instead,David Sims stepped in and accepted the wonderful opportunity!
Do you think it's wrong that Juergen Teller refused to photograph Miley?
Rest assured, Marc Jacobs had Miley’s back all the way, without disrespecting Teller or giving us any juicy details regarding why he wouldn’t shoot Miles! “I have worked with Juergen for years and love him as an artist. He just didn’t want to shoot her,” Jacobs told WWD.
Marc Jacobs & Miley Cyrus’ Relationship:
Jacobs and Miley have been friends for a while. She stripped out of her clothes for Marc’s, “Protect the Skin You’re In,” t-shirt campaign and took to Twitter to post a selfie of herselfin a tee by the designer that said, “I pay my taxes I want my rights,” on it.
It is obvious that Jacobs is fond of Miley as well, as he said: “We all just love her and her entire being, her energy, her talent, her intelligence, everything. There’s nothing I don’t like about her. She is just genuine and very natural.”
What a diss — the pictures turned out fab anyway! What do you guys think of this? VOTE
