Justin Bieber could be facing a felony vandalism charge after his house was raided by police on Jan. 14, but the pop star doesn’t seem the least bit concerned about his legal woes. In a new pic Justin posted to Instagram on Jan. 19, he appears to be mooning his sleeping friend Lil Za, who was arrested on a felony drug charge during the raid on the Beibs’ home.
