It’s down to the wire — but who took home the big prize? Read on if you want to find out!
The three remaining designers on Project Runway All Stars all breathed a sigh of relief last week when they found out they made it to the finale— but stress levels were high during the last episode. Each of the three designers are told they will present a six-piece collection — but, of course, there was a shocking twist that definitely brought on the stress!
‘Project Runway All Stars’ Finale Recap:
The contestants are informed that they only have FOUR days to come up with their entire collection, and they are each told that their heritage will serve as the inspiration. So, how will they get in tune with their culture? With a trip to the United Nations! For a second there I thought they would get to travel around the world — but who has time to take a trip when there is designing to be done? Not only will they be able to tour the UN to get more inspired, but the finale show was also held in the amazing space — what an honor!

Project Runway All Stars’ Finale Runway Show:
Although many finales seem to be full of drama, that wasn’t the case this time around. The designers felt the pressure as they didn’t think they would have enough time to finish — but luckily, that wasn’t the case. All three contestants came up with gorgeous, unique collections that really exhibited their skill set — it just might have been one of the best runway shows yet!
Project Runway All Stars Season 3 Winner — Seth Aaron:
At the finale, Zac Posen and Gayle Kingare announced as the guest judges. After the runway show, it came down to two: Korto and Seth Aaron — but only one could take home the big win! Seth pulled out a win, and the judges praised him and said they can’t wait to see what else he has in store for us. I must admit, I did think Korto was a favorite going into the finale episode!
Seth emotionally shares his plans for the future, and we think it’s so moving that he will now be able to move from the Midwest to LA to live out his dreams as a designer.
What do you think? Were you happy that Seth pulled out a win or do you think it deserved to go to someone else?
